ArcVane products are designed as compact domestic objects. The fulfilment model supports made-after-order production, safe packing, delivery where available, and arranged local pickup.

Compact 300mm cube packaging

The current collection is designed to fit efficient 300×300×300mm cube packaging wherever the order composition allows. This keeps delivery practical without oversizing the objects.

5–7 business day dispatch

Most orders are made, finished, checked, and prepared for dispatch within 5–7 business days. Delivery details are confirmed after the order is placed.

Delivery or arranged pickup

ArcVane fulfils orders from Western Australia. Delivery or local pickup is arranged where practical for the order and studio schedule.

What the fulfilment window includes

Dispatch time is not only packing time. Because pieces are made or finished in a small studio workflow, the fulfilment window includes production, fit checking, LED-only safety review, and protective packing.

Packaging model: Single pieces and compact sets are packed around the 300×300×300mm cube target where practical.
Dispatch timing: Allow 5–7 business days for production, finishing, checking, packing, and carrier hand-off.
Multiple items: Larger or mixed orders may require more than one parcel or a larger box if the cube target is not safe.
Delivery details: Delivery timing is confirmed after ordering and depends on destination, service availability, and seasonal load.
Local pickup: Pickup details are confirmed directly after an order is placed and only where collection is available.
